Our Group InstructorsCurrently we have three qualified Group Instructors; Lesley Davies, Penny Fletcher and Lorraine Clements.
Our three Group Instructors are all trained and qualified to RDA standards and undergo regular assessments.
Penny Fletcher. R.D.A.G.I.
Penny first joined the group in 2002 and took on the role of Group Instructor in June 2005. She has a wealth of equine experience running her own riding school for many years and breaking and training young horses. Lesley Davies R.D.A.G.I.
Lesley joined the group in 2005 as a volunteer helper. Lesley is now a fully fledged Instructor with both Nottingham Group and Kesteven RDA in Lincolnshire and has also taken on the role of Joint Regional Chairman for North Midlands area. Lesley says " often what we consider to be the smallest improvement can produce the biggest change in the riders' life".
Lorraine Clements R.D.A.G.I.
Lorraine re- joined the Group in 2006 after a short time away and qualified as a Group Instructor for Nottingham Group in 2009 . Lorraine also instructs at the South Notts Group and the Ruddington Group . |
